Code of Conduct

Sixth Form students are ambassadors for the school and lead by example at all times. We expect all students to adhere to this code of conduct, in addition to the whole school behaviour policy. We look forward to working together with students to achieve your goals and build a successful future.

Our students display the following core values:

Kindness and Respect
• Always show the highest level of kindness and respect for all, treating others as you would wish to be treated.
• Serve your community by always being honest and having strong moral principles.
• Show respect and consideration for other people’s religion, culture and race.
• Be a responsible member of the community by reporting any instances where you witness wrongdoing, even when you are not directly involved.
• Meet your commitments, including attending workshops, visits and meetings you have signed up to.

Empowerment and Excellence
• Make wise decisions with independent studying and revision.
• Take full advantage of the opportunities presented to you, both within and outside of your studies.
• Attend school every day and be punctual to all lessons, bringing the correct equipment.
• Work to the best of your ability every day and be proud of your achievements.
• Complete all classwork and homework on time and to the best of your ability.
• Be alert, engaged and conscientious in lessons in a way that promotes and encourages the achievement of yourself and your peers.
