Attendance & Student Support Officer
Term Time Only, plus inset days, 37 Hours per week

Actual Salary: £23,612 - £28,274 RG4 (11 – 22)

We seek to appoint an experienced Attendance & Student Support Officer who will be responsible for the administration of the student attendance process in the school. You will be able to lead, identify and support the students where attendance is below expectations and work with the school community to seek improvements.
The successful candidate will have proven experience in a similar role and will be able to demonstrate a high level of communication skills both written and verbally. You will be able to work as part of a team but also demonstrate initiative and the ability to work alone. If you are highly motivated and believe that you have these qualities and are interested in working as part of our school team, then we look forward to hearing from you.
Previous experience in school administration would be advantageous with knowledge of SIMS and working directly with students in some capacity.
